Google’s No Follow Links

Google’s No Follow Links

Notes:

Google implemented “no follow” links several years ago and very recently has added two more:  “sponsored” to be used where money has changed hands and “ugc” for user-generated content. These no-follow links ensure that your site authority does not spill over to another site.  Using these no-follow links helps Google algorithms sort things out. All-In-One SEO shows the ability to select no follow for any of your posts or pages. It seems likely that the next WordPress update will include some automatic ways to use them.  It is unlikely that using them will have any negative impact on your site rank.
